Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before being dispatched.

Shipping to Spain

Orders shipped to Spain have an estimated transit time of 9–13 business days after dispatch.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. The estimated total delivery time is therefore approximately 12–18 business days.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a full tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Costs & Import Duties

Shipping costs and import customs duties for shipments to Spain are included in the quoted product price. Customers in Spain will not be required to pay additional import or customs fees upon delivery.

Shipping Origin

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our fulfillment warehouse in China.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing and other unforeseen circumstances.
